Transforming Lives Through Digital Strategy: Advancing Fundraising and Impact for Cambodian Children’s Fund.
The Cambodian Children’s Fund is a non-governmental organisation committed to removing barriers to education and delivering high-quality learning opportunities to children in one of Cambodia's most disadvantaged communities. With a mission to transform impoverished children into the next generation of leaders, the organisation operates six interconnected programs: Education, Leadership, Career and Life Skills, Childcare, Community Outreach, and Healthcare.
As a consultant, I was brought in to design and implement a digital communication strategy aimed at driving fundraising growth. My role involved developing targeted campaigns across various platforms to engage a wider donor base and increase long-term funding support. In collaboration with partners and donors, I also focused on enhancing brand visibility and aligning initiatives with key stakeholders.
Key Contributions and Impact:
>Strategic Social Media Campaigns:
Designed and executed seasonal donation drives (e.g., Christmas), leveraging data-driven insights to increase engagement and convert followers into donors, contributing to a measurable increase in fundraising during peak giving periods.
>Donor Program Development:
Established a regular donor program in the U.S., aimed at mid-level donors, fostering sustained support through personalised outreach and engagement, leading to improved donor retention and consistent revenue streams.
>CSR Campaigns with Corporate Partners:
Collaborated with high-profile corporate partners like Danone, Velcro, and Credit Suisse on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns, aligning mutual goals and increasing donations through integrated social impact initiatives.
